We have been developing tomorrow’s leaders for over 70 years and have an ambitious vision for the future. We hire 200+ young adults each summer to partner with us in providing one of the best summer camp experiences in Ontario!

Leadership Development

Camp provides opportunities to take responsibility and lead both campers and other staff. We prioritize your growth through two weeks of staff training, one more week most other camps in Ontario.

Community

Available Positions

Camper Leaders

Cabin leaders are the cornerstone to Camp!

These staff serve by caring for their campers each week in their cabin. It’s your job to provide your campers the best experience Camp can offer.

Cabin leaders lead cabin devotions, teach instructions, act in campfire skits, and dress up for amazing program games.

Section Heads oversee a group of campers and their leaders. It’s your job to ensure campers are being safe, having fun, and experiencing the gospel. Another key aspect is discipling and caring for cabin leaders in your section.
Area Heads

The program team is group of staff dedicated to providing amazing games and activities to the campers throughout the week. You will help organize ways to incorporate each weeks theme to provide the best experience for each camper.
Ministry Heads are responsible for the spiritual instruction at each camp program. You will work with your summer director to help develop bible studies, disciple staff and campers, plan worship, and more.
Waterfront Heads oversee swimming lessons, free swim, and other water activities. This position requires you to have your NLS and Instructors certification.

Area Heads are responsible for overseeing and maintain a specific instruction or activity area at Camp. If you have a passion for a specific instruction this may be for you!

Other Roles

Our promotion team is a collection of photographers, videographers and social media managers that form the link between parents and camp. Each week we shoot hundreds of photos, edit videos and boost Camp’s online presence.
In the summer our office gets busy and we need a team to support our full-time staff! If you have an administrative mind and a desire to learn this position may be for you.
