We are always looking for ways to help families who would otherwise not be able to send their children to Camp. We have payment plans, early bird discounts, sibling discounts and a camper sponsorship program for these vary reasons. Here are a few of the ways we’ve made Camp as affordable as possible.

The Camper Sponsorship Fund is dedicated to financially supporting families that would not otherwise be able to afford Camp. Please recognize that the number of campers we support is dependent on received donations and the amount families are able to pay. Sponsored families are required to pay a minimum amount while registering.
Steps to Sponsorship…
Complete the Sponsorship Request Form. Sponsorship requests will be received up until June 15 with preference given to early applicants and requests made for sessions in August.
Our office team will let you know if you are accepted into the program. You will also be required to pay a minimum of $169.50 as part of the sponsorship process.
Once accepted our team will begin working to raise funds necessary for your Funding Approval. Families will be notified regarding this approval during the first two weeks of January, April and July.
You will complete a full camper registration over the telephone with a member of our office team. This ensure we have all the necessary information for the campers to have the best experience possible!
We offer a wide range of discounts for parent volunteers who serve in the summer.
