REFERRAL PROGRAM

The referral program is officially launching on November 1, 2022! On this date registered families will be emailed their unique referral code. If you register after this date you should receive your referral code within one week of registering. We will also be sending families a package in the mail with their unique invite cards.

If you are registered and have not yet received a referral code by November 1st, please contact our Customer Care Team at 705-385-2629 or by email at info@miniyowe.com.

A new camper is anyone who has not been at Camp Mini-Yo-We before in the summer... even if their family has come before. Some examples:

• Any child of a family member, work colleague or other friend who hasn't come to Camp Mini-Yo-We before.
• A child in your own family who will be a first time camper this summer!

During registrations our families make a Tuck Shop Deposit into their Camper Wallet. This money can be used throughout the week at our Tuck Shop for drinks, snacks, apparel and souvenirs. Any remaining money (over $2) is refunded after a camper leaves camp.

Tuck Shop Credits are also added to the Camper Wallet but are non-refundable. These types of credits are given as part of promotions and the referral program. Any tuck shop credits remaining in a camper's wallet at the end of the week can be spent on Saturday during during pick-up but will not be refunded.

The discounts received from referring a new camper will be removed from your household account if the referred camper's registration is cancelled.

Use your referral code online at www.campmyw.com/register. During the registration process there is a section on how you heard about Camp. Please make sure you enter the referral code here.

If you registered without adding the referral code please contact our Customer Care Team so they can add it to your account. You can email info@miniyowe.com or call 705-385-2629.

Every new camper that registers with a referral code gets $10 in tuck credits added to their account. Your $10 in tuck credits will be automatically added when our administrative team reviews your registration. 

All you have to do is add the referral code when prompted during the registration process. If you wish the camper to have more than $10 in tuck, then simply add the difference to their account when you register.

Often when families go to Camp together they want their kids to be cabin mates! We do our best to honour mutual cabin mate requests of children the same age. During the registration process you can make a request. If you have already registered and wish to make a request please contact our office at info@miniyowe.com or by phone at 705-385-2629.
