Strengthen Canoe Tripping at Camp Mini-Yo-We

The joy and adventure of canoe tripping is a cornerstone of Camp Mini-Yo-We's heritage. Last summer marked the first time in years that we ran 100% of our planned canoe trips! This is a testament to their enduring appeal and impact. Your generosity will help us replace our worn-out canoe trailer, ensuring safe and reliable transport for our equipment. It will also fund a magnificent 29-foot voyageur canoe from Clipper Canoes. This addition will broaden the horizons of our Discovery campers, allowing two cabin groups to explore God's creation together on Mary Lake. Every stroke in the water will be a step towards building new skills, lifetime memories and future leaders. Join us in making waves of change on our campers' journeys!

Create a welcoming environment for even more adult volunteers by completing our revitalization of Bunkie Row!
Transforming Bunkie Row is more than a renovation; it's about reinvigorating the heart of our volunteer experience. Your gift will breathe new life into Bunkies 6, 7 and 8, transitioning them from forgotten structures to warm, inviting spaces with new siding, interior panelling and electrical fixtures, as well as comfortable, stylish furnishings. These enhancements are not just about physical comfort. They symbolize our commitment to those who give their time and talents. By improving these spaces, we expand our ability to host more volunteers, which is essential for enriching instructions like Wakeboarding and Theatre Arts with experienced leaders. Your support is an investment in both our physical infrastructure and the community of Camp Mini-Yo-We, ensuring our volunteers feel valued and ready to serve.
Support Pay Increases for Cabin & Activity Leaders
Invest in the hearts and hands shaping tomorrow's leaders by supporting our summer staff with a much needed pay increase!
At the core of Camp Mini-Yo-We's mission lies our exceptional team of Cabin and Activity Leaders. These young leaders are dedicated to guiding campers through transformative experiences. Recognizing their invaluable role, we've committed to a substantial pay increase over the last few years. In 2019, this group made $50 a week; in 2024, they will make $210! This significant uplift acknowledges their commitment to Camp and ensures we continue to attract and retain the finest young leaders. Your gift bridges the gap between camper fees and staff remuneration. As stewards of faith and adventure, you will enable our staff to continue their vital work in nurturing the next generation of Christian leaders
