Simply pay the $150 deposit to secure your child’s spot. You have the option to change the week you registered for later on if you want (space permitting).

If you are looking to get into one the weeks at Camp Mini-Yo-We that is SOLD OUT than follow these steps! First, register for another week of Camp so you can get all the paperwork out of the way. That way, if the week you want becomes available you can quickly switch your child into in.
Registered families are given first priority on our wait list. Fill out the form below so we have some fill out some basic information and can contact you if space becomes available!
To secure your registration, please enclose a $150 deposit per camper for each week registered. Subsequent payments can be made by post-dated cheques or by credit card. All fees are due by June 1, 2017.

Methods of Payment
Camp Mini-Yo-We accepts Visa, MasterCard, cheques, money orders and cash. Cheques should be made payable to Camp Mini-Yo-We. Please include your child’s name and Camp session in the “memo” section on each cheque.
We do not currently accept Visa Debit.
Confirmation of Registration
Confirmation of registration will be made via email. Please ensure your email filters will accept emails from miniyowe.com. If you do not receive an email confirmation please email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (705) 385-2629.
The deposit of $150 per week is refundable up until June 1. This does not apply to Enterprise or LIT.
No refund will be made for dismissals due to disciplinary action or for late arrivals or early departures. In the case of withdrawal from Camp Mini-Yo-We due to a physician’s order or for campers found with lice upon check-in, two-thirds of the fee for the remaining term will be refunded.
Programs that do not receive the minimum number of registrations will be cancelled and fees paid will be fully refunded.
The Tuck Shop is the “camp store”. Parents and children have the opportunity to buy a large variety of food items and great merchandise both on the weekend and throughout the week. We encourage you to take a look when you drop off or pick up your camper. You can put money into your child’s tuck account both when you arrive, or when you register!
If you have never been to Camp before our recommendation is $25. This will cover snacks and drinks for the week, and maybe a small souvenir. If you want to purchase a larger item, like the classic MYW hoodie, you can always buy them for your children on Pick-Up or Drop-Off.
Weekend Changeover Program
The Weekend Changeover Program is a free program for campers ages 10-15 who are staying at Camp for 2+ consecutive weeks. Over the weekend a few dedicated staff provide activities, oversee meals, and stay with the campers to provide them with the best possible experience. Laundry Services are not included (see below).
Discovery Campers can only be registered at the Director’s discretion. Please contact our office for more information.
Laundry Services are available for children registered for 2+ consecutive weeks. Clothes will be washed, dried, folded, and returned over the weekend by a local laundry company. This service includes a colorful MYW laundry bag that you get to keep when you go home. The cost is $32.00 + HST.
Camp Mini-Yo-We is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Special treatment is not available for delicate clothes.
