Medical Care

Medical staff are on-site at Camp Mini-Yo-We throughout the summer so that campers medical needs are met. During each session of Camp we typically have three nurses and/or a doctor or paramedic available. Medical staff is equipped to:
  • Deliver regular medication to campers
  • Bandage bumps and bruises
  • Mend minor injuries
  • Deliver over-the-counter medicine as needed
  • Provide immediate first aid
  • Bring campers to a doctor in town or hospital when appropriate

Please ensure that all medicine brought to Camp is given to the medical staff at registration. Only our qualified medical staff are able to deliver it to campers.

At Camp Mini-Yo-We we value the safety of our campers and ensure safety is the top priority in all activities. We will do our best to accommodate the individual medical needs of campers. If you have any questions email office@miniyowe.com.

In the event of an emergency, the nearest hospital is within 20 minutes from Camp (at normal driving speeds).
